Investment Criteria

Revenue: $500k - $5M

EBITDA Margins: 15% - 30%

Services We Are Interested In : Weed control spraying, aeration, fertilization, tree trimming, recurring mowing & enhancement work

Services We Are Not Interested In: Hardscaping, pavers, design/build and heavy installation work

Customer Mix: Open to both residential and commercial work. A focus on HOA common area work is preferred on commercially focused companies.

Geography: East coast of Florida, from Jacksonville down to Miami.

Owner Exit Preference: We would prefer owner's rolling between 20 - 30% equity and staying on for 3-5 years, but are open to owners that are also looking to simply exit with a shorter transition period.
